Experience —
Craig is the Chief Executive Officer of e-VentExe, taking the position after his work in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years in sales, marketing and management. Prior to joining e-VentExe he was with Nortel Networks where he and his team assisted newly developing and emerging communications companies, specifically, by providing guidance that enabled the companies to meet their start-up requirements. Before Nortel Networks, Craig spent nine years with a division of Corning, Inc. He held various positions in sales, marketing and management, in a key division that services the Fortune 1000 marketplace—this included, managing the division’s largest account. He was the sales team leader for the re-branding of Corning’s Fiber Optic Cabling solution. The re-branding included the development and deployment of sales material and training to Corning’s distribution channel on a national and international basis. With Craig’s extensive business management experience and his sales skills e-VentExe has built an exceptional service line called focused on the needs of small businesses – eBasicHR.
Credentials / Awards —
Craig obtained his B.A. from California State University, Hayward and was listed in the “Who’s Who of Professional Management, 1998”. In May 2007, Craig was awarded the “Small Business Person of the Year” for the Sacramento region for his activities in 2006.
Involvement —
Craig serves on the Board of Directors for Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce and is the former Chairperson of the Small Business Committee for the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the CEO Compensation Committee and a member of the State of California Small Business Counsel. |
