Experience —
Audrey has over 20 years of hands on human resource experience--she has extensive strategic experience in Human Resource Management with an emphasis in labor compliance on both the state and federal level.
Prior to joining e-VentExe Audrey lived and worked in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley, gaining experience in a variety of industries. In her last position Audrey served as the Director of HR at Flextronics International, where she gained more than eight years of operational experience in both US and Mexico offices—growing the company’s operations from 150 to 4,000 employees. Audrey also held other assignments as a Service Representative for an Insurance Broker focusing in group benefits.
Credentials —
Audrey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration—which includes an emphasis in Human Resources. She has an Advanced HR Certificate from Cal State East Bay and HR Certificate through American Electronics Association. She is currently working towards earning certification as an SPHR. |
