Georgene Waterman, Ph.D. helps companies achieve excellence by providing planning, training and coaching. Her career spans numerous positions and roles including Chief Executive Officer, Educator at UC Davis, Keynote Speaker, and Board Member of several Northern California companies.
Credentials / Awards —
In 1995, she purchased the rights to Renaissance Executive Forums of Northern California. The Forum is a national membership organization that provides support services exclusively to chief executives. The members leverage the knowledge and experience of the group to exponentially increase the speed and quality of decision-making and to pro-actively manage the changing business environment. The Forum acts much like a traditional board of directors and provides education to keep the chief executive current on business trends and strategic planning to help plan for resources needed in the future.
Involvement —
Georgene has taught at the University of California in Davis, has been a keynote speaker at professional organizations and has served on numerous boards of directors. In 2001 she helped to start Granite Community Bank, located in Granite Bay, California. She presently sits on the Board of Directors at the bank, is a member of the Executive Committee and Audit Committee and additionally, chairs the bank’s Marketing Committee.
