Eric Arndt, a native of San Francisco, has worked in the fields of human resources, education & training for more than 15 years, primarily in the US, Europe and SE Asia/Australia. Organizations who have engaged with him in program and project management, organizational development and training include the Institute of International Education (Fulbright Program), the Ford Foundation and InterContinental Hotels Group.
Credentials / Awards —
He has earned degrees that include a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University and a Master of Education from Brunel University in the United Kingdom. Eric studied Organizational Behavior at New York’s Columbia University and Educational Finance Administration at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Education and completed Dale Carnegie’s Coaching Sales People for Success and Increasing Performance in the Workplace.
Involvement —
In Southeast & Near East Asia, Australia, Europe and Mexico Eric has advised on, the globalization of work environments, organizing and developing cultural and work programs, and providing relevant training and learning opportunities to staffs of up to 600 employees. In total Eric has traveled and/or lived in 23 countries and remains committed to education, cross-cultural and educational program development. Eric is affiliated with ASTD Golden Gate Chapter in San Francisco, the Northern California Human Resources Association, and the World Affairs Council. |
