Cindy is a Human Resources consultant with over 20 years of experience. Her roles have ranged from working in-house for small companies with less than 100 employees to large Fortune 500 organizations. She has strategic insight from her years overseeing Human Resources for a division with over 6,000 employees and understands the challenges of management while directing 20+ Human Resources Managers. She is sensitive to regional and cultural differences gleaned from working both nationally and internationally for organizations. She has extensive knowledge in rewards systems.

Credentials / Awards —
Cindy is an instructor for the UC Davis Extension program. She teaches students the basics on Compensation Management factoring in the global impact of Compensation for organizations of all sizes. As a compensation consultant, she services various clients ranging from public sector, privately held or market driven organizations. She studies the latest incentive compensation trends and creates compensation programs that are tailored to provide a return on investment. As a certified “SPHR” she holds the highest designation for a professional in Human Resources Management.
